NEW YORK GIANTS FOOTBALL: A not so exact look into the off-season and Big Blue's needs.
In my opinion, the biggest move of the Giants' off-season, by far, remains placing the Franchise tag on punter; Steve Weatherford. Go figure - a punter.? I said on numerous occasions during the season, aside from Eli Manning, Weatherford was the Giants' MVP.
